A spooky, neon-vibe creative escape for the Diesel fam to relax, design, and connect IRL.

🕯️ DAY 1 — ARRIVAL + VIBES NIGHT

🖤 Theme: Welcome to the Coven, Babes!

🕓 3:00–5:00 PM — Arrival + Check-In

  • Welcome station with badges + matching tees

  • Swag bag drop (stickers, enamel pins, snacks, workbook, mini lanyard?)

  • Room assignment & photo booth corner setup

🕠 5:30–6:30 PM — Welcome Mixer

  • Name games + "What’s your spooky biz origin story?"

  • Signature mocktail bar 🍹 (Ex: “The Hexer” or “Glitch Punch”)

  • Chill playlist, mingling, team pics

🌙 7:00–9:00 PM — Design & Vibe Lounge

  • Set up laptops/crafts in common space

  • “Design & Dish” — everyone works on their own thing while chatting

  • Projector playing spooky/fun background movie (like Coraline or Hocus Pocus)

🔥 Optional 9:00 PM — Bonfire / Night Photoshoot

  • Firepit + marshmallows if possible

  • Take group glow-stick photos

  • Group journal prompt: What’s your creative dream for 2026?

🎨 DAY 2 — WORK & PLAY ALL DAY

💻 Theme: Create Like a Creep™

☕ 8:30–9:30 AM — Breakfast Buffet

  • Coffee, tea, pastries

  • Playlist bumpin' (maybe some Fall Out Boy or Stevie Nicks vibes?)

  • Optional: intention card pull for the day 🔮

🖥️ 10:00–12:00 PM — Live Workshop 1: Using Diesel Designs Like a Pro

  • Canva & Procreate demo (how to layer files, make mockups, best uses)

  • Q&A session

  • Rep showcase: how reps use graphics in their biz!

🥗 12:00–1:00 PM — Lunch + Group Game

  • Simple catered lunch (sandwiches, salad bar, spooky cookies!)

  • Game: “Guess the Font” or “Design Charades”

🎨 1:30–3:30 PM — Group Design Challenge

  • Split into teams for a 1-hour theme challenge (Ex: “Create the Ultimate Halloween Tee”)

  • Surprise twist half-way through (Ex: must include a duck or glitter 🤣)

  • Present to the group + vote (winner gets a small prize!)

✂️ 3:30–5:30 PM — Chill & Craft Block

  • Stations:

    • Button Maker / Sticker Sheet DIY

    • Sublimation demo corner

    • Free work time on laptops

  • “Creative Co-Working” — chat + design + support zone

🍕 6:00–7:00 PM — Dinner Time

  • Themed dinner night: Pizza & Pajamas Party!

  • Matching jammies / comfy clothes encouraged

  • Everyone shows off what they made during the day!

🌙 7:30–10:00 PM — Diesel After Dark: Late-Night Design Party

  • Blacklight & neon glow lounge setup

  • Soft music, snacks, guided coloring or sketching prompts

  • Mini giveaway: pull a card from the prize deck

  • Group journaling: “My Next Chapter Looks Like…”
