Terms of Commercial Use | Printing License

You are allowed to sell finished physical products or printed items using our designs, but there are limits:

  • You may sell up to 1,000 products per design OR up to 200 yards of fabric per design.
  • Examples of allowed products include (but are not limited to): shirts, cups, signs, decals, and fabric.

Fabric Printing Rules

If you purchase a design and send it to a custom fabric printing shop, you do not need a printing license unless you print 50 or more yards of a single design.

Ownership & Restrictions

  • Purchasing a printing license does NOT mean you own the design. All designs remain the property of Diesel Designs / High Maintenance Creations.
  • A license is only valid for designs you have purchased from Diesel Designs.
  • You must use your own printing equipment. You cannot send files to anyone else for printing unless they have their own license.

🚨 Files CANNOT Be Shared—No Exceptions! 🚨

Sharing files in any way is strictly NOT ALLOWED. This includes:
❌ Sending the file to a friend, family member, or another business to print for you.
❌ Uploading the file to any website (even just for personal storage).
❌ Sending the file through email, Google Drive, Dropbox, USB drive, or any other method.
❌ Giving the file to a third-party print shop that does not have a valid printing license.

🚫 If you don’t personally own the printer, you CANNOT send the file to be printed.

If you need a third party to print for you, they must purchase their own license directly from Diesel Designs.

By purchasing and using our designs, you agree to these terms. Violating them may result in license termination and legal action. 🚨

You will be able to print and sell the following:

  •        Screenprint
  •        DTF Transfers
  •        Sublimation Transfers
  •        Stickers
  •        Tattoos
  •        Waterslide Decals
  •        Vinyl
  •        Printable HTV
  •        Fabric
